MIX TEST IN LABORATORY,IT IS UP TO THE DESCRETION OF
ENGINEER IN-CHARGE TO AMEND THE LIMITS GIVING DUE WEIGHTAGE
TO ALL THE FACTORS AS MENTIONED.
