Incomer panel works as incoming source in control supply.
Its not necessary to take PT in Incomer feeder.in some cases typical feeders eg.BPT,LPT are used for PT. Incomers PT are used to gives the auxillary supply to meters and relay.

If there is unit power factor in a power house and a capacitor bank used in a factory at resistive load . In this case, will there leading power factor in power house across that factory.
