if i will appiont a new distributor i will consider lot of things in this regards like.
1.distributor should be finanical strong
2.he should have good grip over market.
3.he should be in continuse touch with market
4.he should have good sales froce.
5.he should have proper dilvery team.
after consider these few things then i approch him for my company distributorship.
i will explain him vision of my company,sales target,his margin,market share of product

2)Good coverage of Grocers,Kirana,Chemist and Wholesale Outlets.

N=need.
4)The far beat form the distributor location should not be
more than 45 min on the bicycle except van market.
5)Quality of salesman.
6)Personal involvement in the market.
