two company codes ex 1001,1002 and two users ,one user need
to access both company codes and another user need to access
only one company code need to access by giving same role
(one role ) to both of them.how can give access or restrict
company codes in one role?

Both users give different role.Give access or restrict through Derived role.Always remember ORG value put in Derived role and Object vale in Master Role

1 create one derived role
2 first derived role has company 1001, second one has 1002.
3 change the org values. give access to second user to assign the both the company codes under org values like 1001,1002 than he can able to access to see both companies details. OR there is no any derived roles except these two roles under these master role directly assign master role give authorization" * "for full access purpose to second person.
Second answer: there is no any derived role concept in ur organization than u can change the company codes under authorization tab u change the org values and as well as u check properly maintain same t-codes under the role.
