Hi,

I have completed the training on SAP HR and working in a
MNC. I got trained from Igrowsoft and the faculty was
Mallareddy. He teaches even complicated concepts very
clearly and gives good real time examples and also helps us
in knowing the industry trends and new things in SAP HCM
also he gives you practical exposure to the interview
questions. I am into SAP HR and I got through the interview
with his support. Today I am working in one of the best MNC
and it is just because of his training and support. He is
the best faculty in SAP HR/HCM.The best example is 40+
students are placed from the previous 07.30 AM batch. He
has conducted a Alumini meet with who has placed in MNC's
and arranged interactive session with existing batch. It
was really awesome. You can contact any one of the existing
batch student for further details

Just reach him and see the kind of support he gives and
also the expertise he gives. So please if you are really
interested in learning and making a successful career in

I dnt think so, there is a best training center for SAP HR
in bangalore, better go to Hyderabad.

I do agree that this "Shiv Raj (shiv4saphr@gmail.com)" is a
fake trainer. Do not fall pray to this guy. He using
Facebook and LinkedIn to publish fake advertisement to make
marketing. He should change gmail Id as
"shiv4marketing@gmail.com". I joined his training class and
learnt nothing. But end up in paying huge money (30,000). He
is not a real time consultant. Do not expect quality
training from this non-real time trainer like ShivRaj. Do
not waste money + time by attending his training class.

Hi friends, I have completed training from Shiv Raj
(shiv4saphr@gmail.com). He is not a real time consultant.
He and his group of friends are doing MARKETING by telling
that certified consultant/real time consultat are attending
his training batch. By looking this ad Real time
consultants are attending and they are cheated. Do not
liesten to his or friends (Number provided by him). He does
not know anything on Schema/Rules. He mugup 10 -15 schemas
and teaches you and all batches. If you ask him to write
any schemas apart from those 10-15 schema, He suffers
terribly. He can not. On more thing he is NOT a REAL TIME
WORKING PROFESSIONAL. How he can explain real time
scenarios?????????????

candidate. He does not have much experience on SAP HCM. No
real time consultants ; no Certified consultants; all are

Hi All, My friend and me went to Hyderabad from Bangalore
to learn SAP HCM. We both went on different time(month). My
friend learnt SAP HCM from Malla Reddy and I learnt it from
Anil Chilka of Reliance Global Services. We both got placed
to MNC immediately after our course. When we both discuss
on SAP HCM/Doubts i feel we both have same level of
knowledge. So I highly recommend you guys to take training
from Malla Reddy or else Anil C. It's upto you guys. Attend
demo classes of both and you decide. Hope this helps you
guys. Don't be duped by other fake Trainers/Fake
institutions.

I too had bad experience with Shiv Raj.
Shiv raj don't have any practical real time business
knowledge.

He had learnt SAP HCM from some institute in Hyderabad and
he is teaching same to others.

Had a chat with him and felt he is a bit genuine guy and not
like others.Been through his linkedin profile where SAP HR
people have recommended him.Have a look at his profile and
if you feel good enough you can contact him.

By the way he teaches Real time Scenario's, Schema's and
Pcr's which even real time people are not aware of. Hardly
you come across trainers teaching Schema's and Pcr's and in
case if he is really teaching indepth of Schema's and Pcr's
then don't miss this opportunity but before that make sure
that you talk to students who have already completed the
course, find out exactly what he teaches and only then join
.....Due to all the bad experiences that i had in the past
can't believe anyone as what they mention and what they
teach is altogether different.

Talk to students who have done the course, have a look at
there notes and if you find he is teaching indepth of
Schema's and Pcr's then i strongly recommend you to learn at
his place.

By the way even real time people having almost 4+, 5+ yrs of
SAP HR Exp are also attending course at his place
