ct ratio is 12, hence full load current is measured as appx
2 amps by ct.You have to replace ct with 40/5 A or 30/5 A
ratio.

the CT ratio is for metering only. so we cant set the O/L
setting for ur (2.8-4)A relay. u should provide correct O/L
relay. ie (18-25)A. the rated rating 22A, So we can set it
ion 20A.
