yes we can run three phase motor with single or two phase
with help of capacitor displacement phase midifiers it
modifies 1 or 2 phase to 3 three

yes, we can run the motor by using 1,or 2phase, for that we
have to used capacitor or inductor for any one phase to
convert two phase into three phase system
