If the earthing is good ,the bulb will burn at almost full
phase voltage in case of AC.In DC ,the same if one polarity
is earthed, but if the ground potential is at +/- zero volt
by midpoint earthing,the bulb gets the half the full
voltage.

can we start slipring motor on star delta like we start induction motor ? if yes where will we connect ?
