used for Transmission line of different volatges

normally in case of suspension type insulators ,each
insulator is designed for particular rating like 11 kv ..so
for 33kv transmission we need 3 such insulators.

This calculation is not applicable for higher voltages,ie
can we use 37 insulatore for a 400 kv line ?
