Ticket Means the issue that can be raised by any one from
different department.
Example: If At the time of doing transaction, I face any
problem which is beyond my limits to resolve, I will raise
ticket.
Ticket may be internally raised through solman (Consultant
of Company) , or Ticket raised by Co. to SAP (If
Critical,Impact Business Badly) The Request Generated and
Priority decided according to the Business Impact.

1 question plz it is a bit urgent. When we are posting a transaction with service tax(say 12.5%)ok, Now say the total amount is rs.100,000 now my question is Here we have given 12.5% tax.Do we have to calculate Seperatelly the tax amount(100,000*12.5%) or it will Calculate on it's own. If so what is the procedure to make it calculate it Automatically. Plz reply soon

C if one customer has called u up,but the conserned person is out of station,the message is given to you.so the message has to b forwarded to the conserned person when he is back. so u plan 2 keep a MESSAGE ALERT in your system. Hi, The error is coming while deactivate per company code,if i select the active box through the path-financial accounting new-general ledger accounting new-business transactions-document splitting-active document splitting,extend document splitting but is showing. define the commitment item as a document splitting characteristic and define the "KBELNR" field as a document splitting characteristic the data was not saved
