In this case the only differentiating thing between the
normal sales and third party sales is the item category in
the sales order, ensure if your item category configuration
is relevant for pricing or not.

Also check if pricing is not statistical.

click on Update button and carry out new pricing and then
check if the pricing is coming or not

in pricing as pricing prodccedure will be based on sales

Secondly imp criteria for pp is acess sequence
