Mainly in standard settings there is movt type 601 for this purpose. And movt type 561 is mainly for initial stock upload.

don't use this movt type for your requirement, if still you wants to use same then change this error to warning & proceed.

Actually the movement type has been changed ...
go to vo06 (Schedule line) then position on ur standard
schedule line CP, then double click on CP...change the movmt
type 601 from 561....
bcz here we r dealing with goods issue not with stock posting
thats why we changed the schedule line from 561(Sock
posting) to 601(Goods Issue)

Other simple reason can be absence of number range either for material document or outbound delivery.
