I recently attended for an interview and the Interviewer asked me
about where you got the requirements from? I said , From the
users as we conducted workshops. But he said , its not possible
to ask every user for requirements. I would like to know what
would be the right answer?

of the company with regular interaction with the key users
and by Q& Db we get the requirement from the client

Requirements are gathered from clients (IT team) who have recieved from business team/analyst of client.
eg: a new change or new funcionality to added .
and then this will be provided as per agreement and schedule. and will have a planned deployment.

You are correct,We are getting the requirements from the
customer only in SD cosultant point of view.User only
raises the ticket,based on the ticket he will give the
requirements.Based on the discussion we will configure and
work on that,If it is a technical issue then we have to
create an Functional speciafication to the ABAPer.

In Intercompnay Billing scenario, Does Idocs get posted as we delivery is done from other plant and also the Intercompnay billing happens in the prcess. Though we have the same ERP system i.e. SAP only for all transactions.
billing document shows net value 7.4,but accounting document shows net value 7.0. how it is possible ?
