WE09/WE02 are the two transactions which is used to see the idocs.
By clicking on Statuses we can see or we can understand why the idoc has failed(51 status). After correcting the error you can reprocess the failed idoc via transaction BD87.
WE19 is the transaction used to trigger new idocs.

To see the IDOC WE02/WE05/WE07 and WE09.
Based on message numbers(Sender side 0-49,Receiver side 50 and above) we will come to know weather the IDOC was success (sender side - 03, Reveiver side - 53) or fail(sender side - 27 or 29, Receiver side - 51).
After correcting the error we reprocess the IDOC
1) With same no. BD87.
2) Different no. We19.
