yes there is not necessary to create separate distt channel
or shipping point for cash sale or rush order.

Not necessarily as the only difference in these 2 are with
the credit terms . one is cash and carry and no credit (
cash sales ) and the other has a credit ( rush order)

in shipping point determination you can assign there. like
shipping conditions --10
