Go to Se11, Give your table name click display.
You will find attributes tab, delivary and maintance tab,
fields, entryhelp/check tab and currency/quantity filed tab.
In that select entryhelp/check tab.
click foregin key check box for which field you to define
foregin key relatiobship.
