su56,rset are the tcode to reset buffer
su53-click authorization-click reset user buffer.

buffers can be reset by rz10 tcode of Profile management.
Choose basis maintaince ... click on change ... make changes
to the buffers accordingly and save

Buffers are reset with the help of SAPOSCOL command Ask
with different subheadings like Ask CPU ,mmu,mbuf etc.
