25ft=m/3,28ft=7,62*6.097= 46.46 m2
vol = 9.28 = 10 bags =
= 20 cub =
= 40 cub =

rate of M20 concrete per cum= Rs.2900
labour charge=250 rs
shuttering cost=300
total =2900+250+300=3450/cum
here area given as =25*0.3048*20*0.3048=46 sqm
assume roof thickness as 10 cm
there for Qty =46*0.10=4.6 cum
cost of rcc roof =4.6*3450=15870

Concrete slab area = 25' x 20'
= (25x.3048)x (20x.3048)
= 7.62 x 6.096
= 46.451 Sqm
The IS CODE is recommended the minimum roof slab thickness is 125mm.
= 46.451 x .125
= 5.806 CUM
The RMC rate approximate 3000/cum.
Labour Mason-3no, mc-4no
= (3x500)+(4x350)
= 2900
Concrete coste = (5.806x3000) + 2900
RS = 20319
If it is not calculate for Shuttering cost.

All given answers are thumb rules . No body has calculated from basics. This is the reason they are converting the sizes in to metric. because the thumb rules available with them are in metric sizes.
