rate of M20 concrete per cum= Rs.2900
labour charge=250 rs
shuttering cost=300
total =2900+250+300=3450/cum
here area given as =25*0.3048*20*0.3048=46 sqm
assume roof thickness as 10 cm
there for Qty =46*0.10=4.6 cum
cost of rcc roof =4.6*3450=15870
