idea about it because hr means hiring right ppl at the
right place at the right time.

NO NEED TO GO FOR FIELD WORK.
MOST OF THE TIME CAN SIT INSIDE AIRCONDITIONED OFFICE.
HIREARCHIES WILL BE LESS IN NO.
WE CAN EASILY BE A PART OF OFFICE POLITICS BECAUSE OF THESE
REASONS MAJORITY OF CANDIDATES WISH TO JOIN RECRUITMENT
FIELD.
