yes I agree with S. DALVI capacitors are theoretically
loss free equipments but due to manufacturing material
impurities and also externally fitted discharging
resistors there is some power loss/ consumption.The
manufacturers can give a more reliable figure
because it differs from make to make even though
not much.

100 KVAr Capacitor is normally used for power factor
correction. These capacitors offer reactive load (leading)
and theoretically the unit consumption will be zero.
