Wastage= Actual consumed-Theoretical consumption

% Wastage=(Actual consumed-Theoretical
consumption)x100/Actual consumed

Actual Consumed= Total issue- (Stock at site+ Scrap)

Total Issue = (Total qty Received from Market+received from
other sites-Total qty dispatched to other sites)(+/-)rolling
margin

wsstage calculation vary from large dia to small dia.
up to 20% we are taken 2.5%
above 20 dia we are calculate as 5%
