Description of role defines the role related activity in
short.Just seeing the description of the role, one can
easily know the role details, like
Role belongs to which SAP module(MM/PP/FICO)
The Company code/Org level values
Restricted values can also be mentioned there
Activity performed after assigning that particular role.

Description is meant for making note of changes done in the
Roles. This is used for tracking the changes done via which
PCR(Production Change Request)hence we can describe here the
PCR numbers.
For eg:
PCR 12345 : UserID : DD/MM/YYYY

let me frame the question again.
during creating role, we will give some comments not just
below the role name...but then in the space provided to
write abt user who created role , date , for which module
etc etc...
so, wat would exactly be written there ?

To add more, in the decription area, you can write the
history on why the role has been created and the approval
from the business. You can also add the request number for
the creation of that particular role. In other words,
detailed information should be in place.

We used to enter following comment during Role Creation,
DDMMYYYY <NN> New Role Created as per <Approver Name>
DD - Date
MM - Month
YYYY - Year
<NN> - Short Name of Security Consultant
<Approver Name> - This may not be applicable in few
Companies. But we do need approval for creating New Roles.
