As a cable jointer he should follow the safety first.A
jointer should use the measurement drawings in the
jointingkit.if he is not using it may cause shortage of
cable.Improper crimping will cause failure of cable
joints.Then the goverment authority will cancel the licence
of the jointer.A good jointer will first do meggering of
cable,Proper mesurement,And good crimpping.
