you can convert either in kg or cum or cuft. does not
matter. matter is if you taken 10mm and 20mm in which
porpotion, it is either taken in 60:40 or 36:64: in 20mm
and 10mm. tehn easily claculated of cement and aggrgate.

we calculate the qty of cement,sand ,aggregate in cu.m,then
we multiple specific weight * qty of cement calculated =
qty in kgs

example 1:2:4

cement specific weight 1440kg/m3
cement qty in cu.m = 0.22
cement qty in kg = 0.22*1440=322kg
sand,aggregate specific weight 1840kg/m3,1550kg/m3

First things you want the qty. of aggregate in kg but in
which converted in kg from cum.,cft.sqft.so that given the
basic culculated of the Quantity (in Kg) of aggregete by
the bulk density of the Fine & Coarse Aggregates and weight
of cement quantity (in Kg)Culculeted by the weight of
water/water cement ratio
