i want to change some data like price, data etc in created
purchase order. but system is not allowing the same. as a
support SAP MM functional consultant what you would do?

There are settings available in release indicator, saying
that, no changes can be applicable once released. If u do
want to do changes, you need to set the release indicator
settings as 'CHANGABLE AFTER RELEASE' option

1. check whether po is open or closed.
2. check whether any release procedure is created for po, then release the po.
3. If GR is created against the po then it cannot be changed unless the GR is cancelled or changed

the fact that one is not able to change the price Data is
because a GR is created against the said PO , If at all
price needs to be changed add a new item line in the same
Po
