cS20 is generally used to mass change for a single component
used in many BOMs, it can be change with another material,
Change the Quantity, Delete the Material, and so on, But
CEWB is on of the transaction used to do many things with
number of BOMS at a time, such as Change the Prod storage
location, Quantity, deletaion, addition, etc

such as:Change Item Data
New material
Number of the material that is to be created or that is to
replace another material.
Dependencies
You can only replace a material with another material that
has the same values in the following fields:
base unit of measure
issue unit
