Payroll Status Infotype (IT0003) is automatically created
when employee is hired used to control data for an
employee's payroll and time accounting. The reason it does
not have begin date (BEGDA)and end date (ENDDA) is becuase
IT0003 is Time constraint class "A" so the infotype exists
from Jan 1, 1800 to Dec 12, 9999.

BEGDA is Beginning Date and ENDDA is End Date. As such they are a part 0000. Every action has a BEGDA and ENDDA. Any additional Date Specifications can be maintained in IT0041.

Hi, Could any one please explain various business scenarios handled in sap.THis was the question i was asked in the interview i explained to an extent but he is not satisfied. Secondly if a person is terminated what will happen to data how long it will be maintained in the master data? Thirdly if a person is in contract is made to permanent what are the transactions carried out? If a person is terminated whether his data is deleted immediately. How long his data will be stored in the database whether it is permanently deleted or not? Pls answer for these questions asap. Thanks Priya

Dear Friends, Hope you are doing good. I have following doubt.Kindly have a look at the query and help me in solving this issue. I have generated absence quota using RPTQTA00 using ‘Batch Input’ Option in SE38 Screen( for Casual Leave-8 days,Sick Leave-20 hours and Privilege Leave-3 days).Now I want to update generated absence quota in Infotype 2006 using SM 35.After entering SM35 transaction code in command bar,It is showing as follows.If I want to update this infotype 2006,I have to select Session Name,but generated sessions are not appearing.Please reply at the earliest possible.
