A three phase transformer 460v primary 220v secondary
(three phase four wire system.) Why did we get 460 volts
across the neutral on the secondary side?

The question is not clear... At secondary side where you get
460V? with reference to which terminal and neutral u r
getting 460V? If you tell the question clearly, i can
understand it and i will think for its answer
