payscale group---> It is a criteria, used for grading job
evaluation. A payscale group is devided as several payscale
levels.
payscale level--> It is a criteria for job evaluation with
in the payscale group.

run in the timely and accurate manner.eg:- fortnight pay,
monthly or weekly pay.
Payscale level- It is further bifurcation of pay scale
