You can use UPTO 10 ROWS in your select query

u CAN SELECT USING THE SELECT STATEMENT INSIDE THE LOOP
UISNG THE INDEX. ALSO INCEASE THE INDEX BY ONE AS LOOP
INCREASES...
HOWEVER IT IS NOT ADVISIBLE TO WRITE SELECT INSIDE LOOP AS
IT AFFECTS PERFORMANCE.

order by XXXX descending.

XXXX---column name
YYYY---table name

For 'SELECT .... UP TO 1 ROWS' database selects all of the
relevant records that are defined by the WHERE clause or
lack of, applies any aggregate, ordering or grouping
functions to them and then returns the first record of the
resultant result set.
