Consignment goods cannot be transferred from one plant to
another. Say you wanted to move the consignmnent stock at
Plant A to Plant B, then the stock should be first moved
from consignment to unrestricted stock.

first we should trasfer posting the stock from vendor
consignment to unresticted stock by using mvt 411k and then
stock transfer by using mvt 301 or 303
