The Profiles that are maintained in the R3 Systems are
SAP_New and SAP_ALL by default.

Hi,
When we create a User by default there will be 2 profiles
maintained in SAP/R3 system and these 2 profiles are
SAP_ALL
SAP_New
SAP_ALL is defined as a T Code assign to User to access
all T Code present in Profiles and SAP_New is defined as
whenever a New T Code is Created the user will be granted
access to those new T Code.
