BPO is know as Business Processing Outsourcing. It is a
modify name of the Call Centre.BPO,it work's on the
Principle's of Inbound and Outbound. In a Inbound process
the call will be land to agents and they have to ans that
call's with in a time limit. But in Outbound process the
agent have to out call the cust and they have the specific
target for the same.

either in bound or out bound. and also we have back end
