executive receives call from or makes call to the customer
and solve their queries and explain regarding product of
the company.

received and placed in a high volume.it is a area where
several csr are located to man a bank of telephones and
computer terminals and these agents are specially trained
how to quickly response on queries effectively that may
arise from customers.
there are two types in call centers;
a inbound call center is a place where you will be
receiving calls from customers.these types of call centers
are used mainly to answer customer queries
a outbound call center is a place where you will be
making calls to the prospected customers.these types of
call centers are usewd mainly for making sales

A call center is a place where calls are either received or made. To receive calls from costumers for queries or questions about a certain product. To make calls in order to sell something to prospect costumers.
One primary aim of a call center is costumer care, to satisfy costumers. I'm interested to call centers because I want to help others by using my communication skills. Also, because of the high salary.

a single evironment with seperate cabins, its mainly to
satisfy the customer by solving ther quires quick and short.
call center is of two types:
inbound:where the customer care executive receive calls
from the customer regarding the problem he got ,some time
to enquire about the product.
outbound: where the call made towards the customer to
explain our product what we have for the customers, its
