if we connect at both end circulating current will flow so
Armour getting heated up if and then it will tripping for
earth fault protection.

only signal cables should earthed at one end. HT cables can.

If we connect both end to earth then potentional difference
will high & more circullating current will flow .

HT cable earthing only sending end, Why because in case of
earth fault relay pick up with minimum leakage.

ht cables not connect earth propely current flowing through
the armours cable get more temp, thats why not connect earth
