There are three levels of Management.
1)Top Level Managers.
2)Middle Level Managers.
3)First Level Managers.
1) Top Level
Top level Managers are empowered to make major decisions
affecting the present and the future of the firm.
Top level managers are the peoples who give the
organization its general direction; they decide where it is
going and how it will get there.
2) Middle Level
Middle level managers are managers who are neither
executives nor first level supervisors, but who serve as a
link between two groups. Middle level managers conduct most
of the coordination activities within the firm.
