This relay may also be called anti machine-gun relay as it
prevents repeated closing and opening of cb ,while test
charging .If at all you are test charging a feeder after
tripping on fault and the fault still persists, there will
be repeated closing and tripping with control switch in
close- command.This relay will open closing circuit after
the initial closing -command and it allow for next closing
operation only if the closing switch is released
