earth to neutral voltage can be due to
1. improper or no earth
2. neutral currents flowing
By proper earthing techniques 1. can be solved.
For 2. the neutral current must be reduced . If possible
the rating of the neutral conductor can be increased therby
reducing IR drop. or an isolation transformer may be used
with it's secondary neutral connected to earth.

value. earthing is to be done accordiing to the type and
moisture content of the soil of that particular area.

Just reduce the earth resistance(proper earth connection
should be there).

1_ try to reduce earth resistance
2. Try to balance the loads in all phases.
3. Earthing should be prper nd connections should be brazed...no corrsion be there between joints....

Earth pit resistance should be less than 5ohm hence your earthing found ok.or earth to neutral voltage less than 1V.
