JUST GO THRU HYSTERISIS LOOP.
IT SHOWS THAT WHEN H DECREASES TO ZERO THE CURRENT BECOMES
NEGATIVE WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE
SO THE HYSTERISIS LOSS CANT REDUCED TO 0.

every material have a capacity to store magenetic energy
which it relizes slowly when magnetic field is reverse so
hystreysis loss cannot be zero

Hysterysis loss depend upon the hysterysis loop.every
magnetic material have a some have some hysterysis loop ,so
we cannot reduced the hysterysis loss.but it can minimised
by using suitable materials like silicon steel.
