CRM is for pre sales and post sales activity while R/3 is
for only sales activities

SAP CRM deals purly about business end and where as the SAP
r/3 deals about the proven backend.

1.It deals from customer selection to providing service to
the customer,
2.CRM having the extra functionalites which are not
included in SAP r/3
