I am working as recruiter in consultancy firm. Now I am
looking for job change in the field of
HR-Payroll,Generalist,Admin. In one of recent interview for
HR Payroll, they asked me Why are you looking for job change
and why from recruitment to Payroll. I was unable to answer
this question. Can anyone tell me how to go about it.

HR is not only about recruitment,HR deals with each n every
aspect like from the time an employee join an organization
to the time he live the organization,so having already gain
fair amount of knowledge in recruitment I would also luv to
explore the other fields in HR which will help me too gain
knowledge as well as will help me in my future to work as a
HR manager not only in recruitment but as a HR in general.

you can answer that in order to wide your area of knowledge
and learn various field of HR you want to change your
feild. this will help in future when u become a an HR
manages and you will have to look all aspacts of hr
department then this is knowledge work for you.
