If there is unit power factor in a power house and a capacitor bank used in a factory at resistive load . In this case, will there leading power factor in power house across that factory.
Draw a 230kv two-bus bar system showing the following. 1.Two generators (150MW) each connected through one 15.75/230KV transformers 2. 1 outgoing lines 3. Two 230/130 KV transformers 4. BUS PT's 5. CT
definition of transformer
hot water tank,top element 240v across,the bottom 120v across,why?
in ring main system we use the isolater b/w transfer bus and main bus if we r not use isolatar than wat will be the effect in our sys.
What is the formula to find out cross sectional area of cable for certain current rating?
what is the diffrence between capasitor and battery?
6 MVA transformer secondary is rated for 725V at no load. The incommer ACB is rated at 690 V, 3200 Amp. Would there be any effect on performance of ACB due to lower voltage rating?
I am having dual speed motor of cromton greaves make of 3.7 KW -1400 rpm and 5 KW - 900 rpm. Please let me know groups and winding connction for rewinding purpose.
Why Transformer Neutral having one earth pit ( more earth electrode resistance) whereas body have many earth pit ( less earth electrode resistance)?
we all know voltage is a force(emf), and the force always devides if 2 or more than2 loads are there but why does the voltage remains same is parallel, it must devide na ???
why frequency should be constant?
