if we have some common heading we will write that in top-of-
page event to print in all the pages.
in interactive reporting if we need to change the headings
based on the list number we can use top-of-page during line
selection event to trigger different page heading for each
secondary list.

we use top-of-page to write something in a very first page
like the name and address . the top-of-page event triggers
at the start of reporting and wil be performed only once at
the very first page on top.
