Account key enables the system to determine a correct G/L
account to be posted the discounts and prices to
corresponding G/L accounts. you need to assign a G/L
account to account key that is assigned to a condition type
in a pricing procedure. when you post that condition value
in sap, then system automaticallu determine a g/l account
for the account key.

if you are aware of revenue a/c determination you wouldn't have asked this question....

check vkoa ,, youwill see how the g/l acc are to be decided...

the ac key helps system to post corresponding g/l acc for condition types..
ex: base price in pr00 in standard,, its a sales revenue,
when the billing doc is posted it should be posted to proper g/l acc ... that is done thru acc determinations and acc key erl is assigned to the field for acc key in the pricing procedure...

Status Profile I have a doubt in Status Profile. I have set the status profile and I can see the same in order, however please confirm if the authorized person now needs to approve it, how he will do that. I am testing it in IDES, not sure about the last step For example if it is VA01- Will he go to VA01 to approve it or reject it. Please suggest as I am not sure about the last step.
