use tcode st03
go to userprofile
then in workload click total option in that u will get
daywise,weekwise,monthwise then
put the username in find option then double click the user
u will get day wise tcode the user accessed

you can use st03n for this and the best option is activate the security audit log with sm19 and see the t-code in sm20.

mainly from SU01 daywise user monitoring and sm12
for user locks and sm04 for current active users.. mainly
user accessed authorisetions are SUIM and PFCG also

The transaction codes to monitor user accessed transactions
are as follows : ST01, ST05. By putting the trace on we can
find what are the various activities performed by the user
along with the missing authorizations of a particular user.

Thru STAD or Thru st03 in st03 u select Detail Analysis
option. in this option u select Business Transaction
Analysis and double click. In new window U enter the client
& User then click entr button.
