I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated

Right now I am working in India. I got an offer from a Company in US and they sponsored for my H1b and my petition was selected in the random selection. The Company A has told me to join them only after getting H1b i.e. in Oct'07. Simultaneously, my current company is filing L1B for me. My current company will be sending me to US as and when L1B comes. I don’t want to let go US Company offer which depends on me getting H1b in Oct. My Question is, papers for H1b is filed in Apr'07 by US Company, if papers for L1b will be filed now, what will happen to my L1B and H1B status? can i ahve both stamped? What will happen to my L1B if they process now.What i meant was that papers of L1B and H1b are being processed at the same year?
