Hi ,
My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below
concerns.
I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i
cleared all subjects
and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i
had arrears (Mathematics-1)
which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a
company(present employer)
in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard,
university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed
in 2010 january".
As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and
as per my company I have
i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in
nov-2009).
please advice me how to handle this.

Hi, I have my visa interview next month. My passport will expire on 11/2010. My father name in passport Achupha where as in all certificates it is Achutha. In first name in first name instead of T it is given as P in 5t character. Will it be a problem for Visa. I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). Will there be any problem in my L1 visa because of student visa experience in the past (like a month before my visa was refused?
Hi I am going to File for L1 visa in a few days, however there is a mismatch in my personal experience. I have a total experience of 5 years and worked in 3 different companies. The first company I worked initially lasted 1.5 years, however, I was fired from there due to low revenue. However they had given me 6 months extra experience in my experience certificate, also I had been provided 3 months salasr when I left. However, I joined my second company in 1 month time. Therefore there was an overlap in my experience, i.e. My first two exeperience certificates show that I worked from Feb 2005 to May 2005 in two different companies. I am not sire if this will create problems while there is BG verification. Please let me know the consequences of this if I apply for L1 visa. Thanks in advance Rahul

I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other universities that I applied apart form this?
