Hi ,
My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below
concerns.
I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i
cleared all subjects
and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i
had arrears (Mathematics-1)
which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a
company(present employer)
in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard,
university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed
in 2010 january".
As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and
as per my company I have
i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in
nov-2009).
please advice me how to handle this.

I have done my +2 and then an open university degree and work experience of 6 years, regular education for 10+2=12yrs, and 3 years partime education. Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time diploma in Software Technology. Hi, I am working for India Company X, I had applied F1 Visa in the year 2008 and got rejected. In March 2011, my company had applied B1 visa (training)and it was refused again. I am associated continuously with the same company X since Jun 2005. My company had filed L1A individual visa petition which is approved from USCIS recently in the month of Jan 2012. I am planning to schedule my visa interview in the end of Feb or early March 2012. Would there be any issues at the US consulate-Mumbai because of these multiple rejection?
