I was passed in 2007.did lectureship in engineering college for 2.5 yrs then did one professional course in 2010.from there i got placed to MNC now having 1.5yr of exp in software.Now my company wants to file L1 B visa for me.As dis visa is meant for people with specialized knowledge.Is this 3.5 yr of gap after my education and job will be reason for my L1 rejection.Do the visa officer check every educational certificate thoughrouly.I cant mention lectureship as my previous employer also.plz help I have my visa interview is on next week.

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?
HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated
My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2. If they allow to process , if in case H4 is stamped ,she did not resign from job , if her company agrees to send her to USA using the same old company;s L1 , is it valid after getting H4 stamped ?

Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.
I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). Please advice what should I do. Let L1 get processed first, then sit in interview of company B...Suggest me what should I do?
