I have got my second L1B rejected last week... for the same case... better try to attend in some other category.

I have already appeared for the L1B visa and my L1B visa got
rejected, now my manager initiated again L1B for me. Whether
there would be any problem if I go for the same category
once again. If any one undergone this scenario...please
advice...

I Have already B1 visa and never travelled so far and now they initiated L1B visa for me.Please tell me what to answer in visa interview if they ask why you have not travelled with B1?

I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??

Do we have to face an interview for L1 visa or we just have to post all are documents and passport and if we are eligible they will stamp visa and mail it back to us????

I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). Will there be any problem in my L1 visa because of student visa experience in the past (like a month before my visa was refused?

I was passed in 2007.did lectureship in engineering college for 2.5 yrs then did one professional course in 2010.from there i got placed to MNC now having 1.5yr of exp in software.Now my company wants to file L1 B visa for me.As dis visa is meant for people with specialized knowledge.Is this 3.5 yr of gap after my education and job will be reason for my L1 rejection.Do the visa officer check every educational certificate thoughrouly.I cant mention lectureship as my previous employer also.plz help I have my visa interview is on next week.

After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree. Now I have education like: SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT] 10+2+2+2=16 my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or 15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have that much experience. so please let me know whether my education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?

Hi, I have both B1 and L1 valid visas.I will be travelling to USA next week on Business trip for a duration of 5 weeks on B1 Visa. Q1.Will there be any problem to my L1 visa as I am holding it now and travelling on B1 visa? Q2.Will there be any problem in future if I go on long term on L1 visa? Please clarify my doubts. Hi,I am working in an MNC IT company as software developer.I have completed BSC(15 yrs education in science).I nthat company I have worked more than 3 yrs now.So total work experience is 3+.Now my company is planning to send me to US (Clent side) under L1B visa. Now my question is am I eligible.???
